At B&B, we understand the importance of team.  Our focus is always on developing long term relationships.  We strive always to go above and beyond for our clients so they know in any circumstances they can count on our team to overcome unforeseen challenges and obstacles.  This unrelenting commitment has enabled B&B to become the preferred electrical contractor for countless customers.  

We believe in treating others as we would like to be treated.  We always operate with honesty and integrity and our goal is for all employees to develop a trust amongst one another so we can in turn bring that same trust to our customers.  With offices in Pennsylvania and Virginia we can respond quickly to customer needs in both regions.  For decades we have proven our willingness and ability to successfully support our customers across the country.  Some of our most successful projects have been several hundred miles from our offices.

PARTNERS

  • Gary began working as an electrician in the 1980’s and has worked in countless roles of electrical construction. He has vast experience in field installation, field supervision, project management, estimating, and business development. Gary joined our team in July 2014 as a Project Manager,. In 2016 Gary was promoted to Regional VP of B&B Electrical Systems LLC, before becoming a partner in January 2021. As has been critical to B&B’s success, Gary brings tremendous depth to our electrical design/build capabilities. He led complex design/build projects in countless industries having worked for numerous industrial clients in his greater than 35 years of experience.

  • Joe started his career as an electrician in the early 1990’s and quickly progressed into supervisor and leadership roles. Joe knows the electrical code requirements for countless applications and has worked in all facets of electrical construction. He thrives in leading projects from initial design concept or through traditional design/bid/build with extensive experience in both estimating and electrical construction. Joe joined our team in May 2018 as a Project Manager before becoming a partner in January 2021. Joe’s greater than 30 years of electrical construction experience brings invaluable experience for B&B’s ability to successfully deliver electrical design/build projects of any kind.

  • Bob was one of the original founders of B&B when it started in 1987. He was raised in Orbisonia, PA and graduated from Williamsport Community College. Bob has his master license in many states including MD, VA, OH, SC, NC, and WV. In addition, he holds business licenses in OH, SC, NC, VA, and WV. Bob is serving as chairman on the Southern Alleghany Work Force Investment and Executive Boards. He also served as a local school board member. Bob has served as president, secretary and treasurer of both B&B Electrical Systems, LLC & B&B Designed Systems, LLC

OTHER TEAM MEMBERS

  • Born and raised in Mount Union, PA, Chuck graduated as one of the top students with a degree in Electrical Occupations from Williamsport Area Community College. Since 1989, Chuck has been an estimator for B&B and has successfully estimated tens of millions of dollars of projects for our company. He has worked on projects across all industries and is always very detailed and precise in his estimating approach.

  • Dana joined the team after receiving a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Shippensburg University. She is the Office Manager and leads all aspects of accounting for the company and beyond. She is involved in so many aspects of the business it would be easier to list what she is not involved with than the things that she does. Dana has been an important part of the B&B team since 1998.

  • Fred attended the Engineering School at Penn State University and hails from Huntingdon, PA. Fred is a Systems Engineer and has extensive experience with systems integration including troubleshooting process issues for many of our industrial clients. Fred joined B&B in 1998 and has over 35 years of experience in the industry. He is also a Project Manager and provides tremendous value to B&B’s ability to deliver electrical design/build projects to our clients.

  • Mindy was raised in Huntingdon County not far from our office in Orbisonia, PA. After graduating from DuBois Business College with an Associate's in Degree in Computer Management, Mindy joined the company in 2006. Mindy is the Administrative Assistant for B&B and plays a pivotal role in estimating, payroll, field scheduling, and safety. Mindy is the friendly voice you will hear most often when calling the office.

  • Jeff grew up in New Jersey learning electrical contracting from a business started by his grandfather. Jeff began working with his dad at the family business from the time he was 10 years old. He learned the electrical trades and code requirements at ages unheard of for most. He owned an electrical contracting business in upstate NY for 20 years before joining B&B as Project Manager and Estimator in 2015. He has well over 30 years of industry experience holding Master Electrician licenses in PA and NY and has led countless electrical design/build projects.

  • Scott has been working in the electrical construction industry for more than 20 years. He has extensive knowledge of electrical code requirements and has been successfully estimating and leading projects for most of his career. He joined B&B as a Project Manager in November 2017 and has successfully led projects in countless industries. Scott holds a WV Master Electrician license.

  • Patrick grew up in Front Royal, VA and started in the electrical construction industry in the late 1990’s. He been an electrical estimator for nearly 25 years. Patrick joined the B&B team in October 2018.
